Hospitality should be better

When we reached the Hotel they had some mix up with the payment and I had to wait over an hour just to check-in. It was quite irritating, to be honest. Apart from that, the staff behaviour during any crisis like that was not at all comforting and satisfying. Apart from that things in the Hotel was okay (like safety, security, cleanliness).

Terrible stay from the hotel's Side

This was one of my worst stay experience. The location of the Hotel was not very convenient, the surroundings of the Hotel was very noisy and congested because it was in the market area. I booked the Hotel from make my trip's website and after reaching the Hotel, I faced difficulties with check-in.
