Fascility good like food, room cleanliness, TV, AC fascility only bcz of regular rain in kundapura not got hot water for morning bath before next time room booking plz make sufficient hot water for bathing Thank u

property is in the outskirts of kundapur and infact a very good and convinient location. the facilities were not upto mark. many of the facilities listed in make my trip were not available in the property. example: A/c was not working properly and if asked the staff, they were saying that a paper needs to be fixed on the A/c fan to make it work properly. the mmt app shows availability of geyser/wter heater but there was nothing available except that only in the morning hours at 6am solar water was supplied. also the amenities listed shows shaving mirror, toiletaries, room service, toilet aper, newspaper, hangers, electric blanket, sanitizer, free wifi,etc.. but none of these are available in the hotel.

Room was quite ok, bed spreads had lot of stains, rooms are quite smelly. cleanliness should be maintained from outside hotel looks good & from inside not so good.

Room condition was not good, bedsheets were stained, coffee table was broken, bathroom door was not closing and bathroom was not well maintained. After complaining, they change one of my room and allotted another. It's not at all worth for the money spent.

It's not worth it, no toiletries, no hot water. Not maintained well.

Stinking room. Less than active 10 tv channels. Mineral water not included though nakemytrip said so. Torn bedsheet. Defective taps in bathroom.

Location is good, food was good especially one staff don’t recollect his name he was very good and helpful otherwise property just not maintained

Nothing works in this hotel. Immature and rude staff. Leaking taps, rusted shower heads and unlock-able doors are the feature. I do not recommend anyone to book unless major problems are fixed.

A/c doesn't work, no hot water, cocroaches in the room, no tv, staff is okayish. Easily the worst stay we ever had

The location is not so good, it took sometime to find the Hotel. The staff behaviour is friendly and polite. The room was spacious and comfortable and the washroom was clean. The Hotel is neat and clean. I will surely recommend this property to others.

It was an average stay, location was good and it was near temple and NH 69. Hotel was clean services and staff behavior was also good, food was average. Overall it was a good stay. Suggested to all.

OK for a night stay. Near to highway.
