very good location management was good.

Good location food is good staff was very cooperative.
Clean room, room service is good near Sai Baba Temple.

It's horrible, terrible. Room was improper ventilation and stinking.
It's totally bad experience. MakeMyTrip shall not include these type of hotels.

Already gave the same in prior questions.
Lobby is too unclean. Clothes of staff and workers were kept for drying on entire railing in the lobby. Blanket in room was too hard. Glass of one of the sliding window also come out which was impacting the cooling of ac.

I went to hotel by an auto. I waited for 1 hour for my booked room and after 1 hour they said all rooms are booked and they send me to another hotel which is far away from temple. Again I paid for auto for dropping to that hotel.

No satisfaction as per expectation.

Nice location near by temple, average room overall nice for stay, hot water coming to only 4. 00 am to 10. 00am, Good for family stay hotel food was tastey, dulex punjabi thali best option and also Maharashtraian thali

Over all it's was great stay room is good neat and clean I was stay one night in this hotel it's was great experience staff give nice service food was also nice restaurant always full thanks to all om sai ram

Totally unconcerned staff with definitely some attitudinal deficiencies; most unhygienic rooms with scant attention to cleanliness; no attention to the pleas/requests of the guests; there was no record of our booking with the manager who simply expressed his ignorance in a very casual manner leaving the whole thing to be explained by us without putting in even a single effort of contacting/verifying from the booking agency; got a treatment as if we were staying in the hotel on some complimentary basis; big uncovered dustbins placed in the vicinity of rooms not being cleared on regular basis resulting in the breeding of mosquitoes/insects therein; no regular room/linen cleaning with ordinary wrinkled sheets/bed spreads being made available to the guests; a very horrible experience for me and my family; perhaps a unique experience in an otherwise lovely and fairly good travel experience with me; all this forced us to vacate the hotel after the booking period to spend rest six days period in a neighbouring hotel wherein we heaved a sigh of relief; in fact the place is not even good enough to be called a Lodge not to speak of a hotel. All this been courtesy "Make my Trip" with whom in future I shall have to think twice for any service.

Very bad and worst experience in my life of any hotels and hotel bookings through online. When I had already booked hotel kaustabh in advance then how could they cancelled my stay booking in their hotel and after giving the reference of makemytrip as I had booked the hotel through this website, hotel receptions started disconnecting my phone or didn't picked my phone. Then I called customer care no. of makemytrip, they promise me and said you go to the same hotel, their they had arranged your stay in their sister concern hotel and we had confirmed your stay with the owner of Kaustabh (Deepak), after reaching the hotel, the owner sent us (my family includes 9 members including 3 little children) to hotel Raj. After reaching their, I got 3 rooms which were very poor and dirty even smelling very badly. So I left the room immediately. I again called to makemytrip to complaint about the same, the officer told me wait we will arrange new stay in nearby, so I said I had already wasted an hour with my big family and we had come after long travel through car so need immediate cancellation. So lastly I don’t have any further option I booked Hotel Paso just next to Raj Hotel with Rs.4000/- 1 night stay. I had already done cancellation, now I need Rs.4,000/- i.e. my refund amount Rs.1,875/- with extra amount of Rs.2,125/- which I borne just because of online booking i.e. from www.makemytrip.com. In my further life, because of last bad experience, I won’t book online through this website and even to suggest to my relative/friends/colleagues, etc, to avoid this website.

Toilets in a very bad condition. Bed and bed linen very bad. Room stinks...This is a waste of money.
