Pros- 1. Lake facing decent property with nice view of lake & mountains. 2. Location advantage by being nearest to the sightseeing spot of tehri dam. First mover advantage as there are no comparable Hotel Le ROI lake View, Kotis as on today in its vicinity. 3. Staff is fine with above average food. 4. Water sports/boating area is at walking distance & is easily visible from the Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti. 5. Ample parking cons- 1. Charges of 8-10k per night are not worth for this property. 2. It’s grossly understaffed & we need to keep reminding Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti for any requests we placed. I was there a day before easter weekend when Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti was not even fully occupied. No one was there at Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti entrance to receive luggage. 3. The breakfast & dinner were never ready on time. With shortage of staff & no good managers, guests need to struggle a bit for their requests. 4. No play area 5. It’s an upcoming property at an upcoming tourist place so it needs to get better by hiring more/experienced staff & Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti management experts so that it can command a higher price.

Hotel is at perfect location. No problem in parking lot of space available. Took superior room and view from room is super duper good. Room size is huge. Washroom are clean. In summer water activities happen just in front of Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti, you can watch from your room also. Most important which i have never seen even in 5 stars Hotel Le ROI lake View, Kotis. Tv are connected with wifi and all ott apps downloaded. You can log-in with your id and watch anything or consume free content on these apps. Kuch nahi to you tube pe you can watch anything. Now for food lovers. Food is very tasty here best of nearby places. For party people, beer shop is just outside the gate of Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti

The usp of the Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti is the excellent view of the lake it offers from the room. Size of room is very small compared to the price. Housekeeping is casual. Bath towel was torn, it was replaced when informed. Putting an extra bed took more than 2 hours and 5-6 reminder calls to reception and housekeeping. Deluxe rooms don't have a fridge. The breakfast buffet is one of the worst managed i have seen in a Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti of this price and standard. Not much choice in menu, shortage of items, vermicelli was stale, staff not able to cope. But food in the restaurant is very tasty, service is also good. Overall a good stay but with some negative experiences.

This Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti is located just opposite the tehri lake which made it an awesome stay view wise! quality of food was very good especially the live counters. The staff was very prompt in responding. I could easily go to the lake on foot from the Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti as it has a private walk way till the lake which made my stay even more beautiful. The towels provided in the washroom could have been washed with tide etc to make them look spotless white since this was the only negative there!

During my recent stay at le r oi lake view, i was thoroughly impressed by the level of comfort provided. From the plush bedding to the spacious room layout, every aspect of the accommodation exuded relaxation. The amenities were good, nice view to lake from Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti and open dinning area. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. Overall, my experience was good, and i highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly comfortable retreat.

Tehri is an amazing place to go for vacations. It’s really beautiful and water sports are amazing. Hotel le r oi is the only nice property there. Hotel is nice but can improve specially on cleanliness as some rooms really stinks. Also u have to ask for basic things like towels after check in which one expect to be ready as u enter your room after a long travel. Food options are limited but really good and yummy. Over all nice stay. And location of le roi is awesome.

Travel-led with family to the lovely tehri dam. Stayed at le r oi Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti in premium lake side room. The Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti is nice but a bit dated. Was allotted room no 101 and 120. Avoid these rooms. The window open towards a common outdoor sitting area and offer no privacy as someone or other will be peeping. Go for higher floor. Food is good with snacks avaible 24 hrs. Staff is cooperative. Nice trip.

This Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti is strategically located very near to tehri lake, you can enjoy the view from the Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti and also visit the lake for outing or walks. Also you can opt for water sports if you like adventure. The Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti offers great food along with the view and spa services. Though i didn’t get the opportunity to use spa i am sure it’s as great as it’s rest of the services.

The property was good and located at really good location. Room service was ok. Food is also ok ok, nothing to complain though.

The Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti was nice and i had a nice time staying there. The staff was also cooperative except one lady at reception who said that they don't provide bathroom sleepers. However the ground staff provided after asking. The lady was really rude. Rest the food, location and view was good

Had a two days wonderful stay in Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti. We booked premium lake view room. Amenities provided was excellent. Hotel is well maintained and having great view of tehri lake.

The Hotel Le ROI lake View, Koti had a beautiful view and extremely helpful staff. A family member had a medical problem at 3 am and they immediately set up a phone conversation with a doctor who also then came within half an hour. The food was a little slow and the cleanliness could be slightly improved. But overall an excellent experience.
