The room was provided by hotel is different from booking, hotel staff was not cooperative with mmt customers. Ok

Stay was awesome, staff was very cooperative

Hotel is well located but the facilities are pathetic. They didn’t even bother to give me towel and toiletries. They cut the intercom connections so that gust can’t disturb them in the late night. Geysers was not working. So much of fluctuations in the electricity. Mall road is very close to it, this factor only i liked the most.

It was really neat and clean. Hotel and I will tell my friends for this Hotel with company.

The behavior of the staff was not familiar. When I entered they surprisingly asked you have a booking. When did you book us? They greet us as I entered in govt office for my personal work. Blankets were smelling like potty.

It is a nice palace to stay as per the location.
No lift in the hotel, need to maintain a lift and room service to be improved.

The room is very spacious and the staff was supportive.

Light problem in hotel is too much, but overall is a good hotel.

No bottled water was provided. There was no welcome drink. There was no discount on food. All these things were mentioned when the hotel was booked. So they fool you. There was issues with the WiFi also.

As per makeMyTrip bus station pic up and drop off was included . But hotel denied that and said we have ended this with MMT . I wonder why MMT has not updated this. This was a false promise included in my booking price.

Location is near mall rpad that suits very well wether you want to got old Manali or Manali bus stand ... You can go by foot ... Food and service was also good. Rooms were spacious. In all it was a good hotel.

The hotel is good. Initially there was some problem in allocation of rooms but it was sorted out. Staff is overall cooperative. Room service & housekeeping is average. Location wise good & parking facility also available. Meals are also good. Overall good experience.

Rooms was not up to the mark but room service was good and housekeeping was excellent. We have taken deluxe room but that was on third floor and we have requested to shift to lower floor. They have accepted our request and shifted us to first floor but the room was ordinary only.

Very poor service. There is no service as we went through MMT. There is no card payment option charging too high tax without explanation of what type of tax. The hotel is having quite good restaurant but not fair price.
