Hotel Staff asked for extra money & waited for approx 2 hours.

My check in time was 12 PM, But hotel management denied my checking by saying that they're not giving rooms on the price on which i booked my room. And also they asked for extra money, They asked pay extra or else leave the hotel. I've wait for approximately 2 hours. And then they gave me a room. That was a very disgusting thing they've done with me for some extra money.
