The hotel is a little far away from NJPStation

The hotel is a little far from the market. It is also a lot far from NJP station. The hotel charges 30 taka for 1 liter of water. It is 10 taka more than the MRP. Even if you don't order water during check-in at the hotel, they leave with the water. If you don't want to take it, they say that the water bill has been charged. Room service is not good. If you call from the room, they don't pick up.

Hotel is easily accessible as it is on the roadside. We have booked 2 AC deluxe room for one night. Rooms r good. We haven't tasted any food from the hotel. Room service is not favourable. No intercom facility for inhouse communication.

Staff behavior was not supporting. Room was dirty and smelling over night. At 7 AM they are not able to give water and tea.

soloVery very Bad experience! In my life First worst experience ever! Aftet Online book from MakeMyTrip I went that Hotel reception, the Reception man Directly disallow me. Told me that they don’t allow online booking! I’m shocked! But MakeMyTrip solved my problem after fear them Police and Court also! Very dangerous hotel management! I prefer don’t go this hotel anymore and should make FIR Against them!
