Hotel Pride-Inn

There was the smell of cigarettes in the room. I paid more than 1700 for the room, I can at least expect a bottle of water from them. They charged me even for a water bottle.

There are very bad breakfast system, staff of pride inn is non responsible and very bad behavior, very bad smell in the room. Slow service.

In the hotel they turn off the ac after every half hour and there is not any ventilation in the room and bathroom. So that smell of the bathroom comes in the room. The pillows and bedsheets were not clean and the funges were in the pillow. Overall experience about room in pride-inn hotel was bad. Not have any image

Ac was not working geyser was not working no towel in the room. Requested several times yet not provided. For food charging more saying that the price mentioned in the menu card is not valid. Once asked them to show the new menu card with price. Then took old rates. Gst invoice not provided water seepage from the wall

Stay was not good. There were no windows in rooms. Very suffocating. Bad smell are coming from toilets all the times. But the staff were very good and cooperative. Thanks

Very bad. Service is bad no communication

Booked 2 rooms but got only a single room with 2 mattresses. The hotel had overbooked and was not able to give the rooms that we had already paid. Very bad experience.

No food and no tv channel is available. City view room is now available. Paid water. Mat tell lie.

Supply of food normal while sanitation was good

I hired a room with my brother in law for single night stay. The rooms showed to us had no window. When asked for another room - they told that none of their rooms has window. So strange. Apart, the bathroom didn't have ventilation although one side on the washroom was towards road. Toilet seat was broken. No specified parking, had to park my car on road in front of hotel. Cleanliness was good, though. Overall, not good for family, not worth for more than 1 night in that price tag.

Cleaning of wash room, change of bedsheets with pillows cover should have been made on daily basis

Not safety covid 19 proper not man-ten any follow rulss and not good man-ton

Trained staff nice hotel highly recommend on road

Food is available easily. Staff is nice and supportive.
