The setting was superb the views of the hills and tea gardens from the room were spectacular the room, was clean and modern and nicely appointed no trash or garbage anywhere, not even behind walls staff were nice It wasn't the Hotel's fault - it was the your website's fault. We were only looking for a Hotel Richi Rich with a pool because we had 3 children with us and that was going to be their primary activity for the weekend trip.

Room good location good facilities good but cleanse was poor. Batroom walls some dirty and room wall dirty. But all this was good. Parking facility was good and safe. Bust some dust found in room and furnisher was some dusty. Wall corner not proper clean.

At this price the room is too good, service was fine, not as good as expected but for this price its fine. The location is also good. Cooperative staff along with good facilities. Rates are also reasonable and probably the best in the area.
