Dear Sir, you got exactly the same room which was shown to you on the app while booking. You stayed with us for three days and yet didn't ponder once to let us know if you faced something which might be not pleasing or comfortable to you. We would have surely helped you to get your room changed to a different one if you had really faced any problems but you didn't let us know about anything for even once. Now in this review also, you are saying that quality of the room is bad, but in what sense, you didn't really try to prove your point by giving us a detail of your hassle. I don't get your review exactly, if we need to improve, then you should let us know how, not just simply demotivate us by giving us a low rating and simply ranting that room quality was below average. It would maybe help us a lot to serve our next customers in a much better way. Reception is always at your disposal for your service needs. The next time you stay at any property, let the hotel staff and management know about your problems rather than just providing a 1 star. It will surely help us much more.
Overpriced room upgrade exper
I was required to pay an additional ₹800 to upgrade from a non-AC to an AC room. However, the tariff for the AC room appears to be comparatively higher than that of similar hotels. I believe there should be complete transparency in room pricing, and the charges should remain consistent rather than vary based on a customer’s situation.

For your kind information, you booked a non ac double occupancy room on MakeMyTrip and we provided you the exact same room as shown to you on the app while booking. And then after checking in, you came complaining to the reception that you want a air conditioned double occupancy room whereas you booked a non ac room. We are not responsible that you had booked a different room on the app and then after reaching the property demand a different room. All the room options were clearly mentioned on the app while booking your room and if you had really wanted a AC, why did you even book a non ac? Even then we upgraded you to a ac room after checking our availability and charging you the difference amount for the ac room after deducting what we would have gotten from the company. And then there you were bargaining and negotiating with us with impossible rates for charging you the difference amount for the ac upgrade. We charged you the just and fair amount and it was not taking use of the opportunity like you are citing. We are completely transparent on this regard and we have no regrets or would like to provide further clarification on this matter. Look before you book twice.

Behaviour of all the Staffs are very friendly and rooms are well maintained, hygienic and very clean. Location is perfect. Overall very good experience.

Very uncomfortable
Stays was very uncomfortable. Room is very small & unclean. AC is not working at the time of power cut. Bathroom is also unclean. AC sounds a lot. Kindly check room before stays in this hotel rishiraj. Only good thing is location.
