The room was clean and tidy, but smelled horrible. In order to have the ac or geyser switched on we had to call the reception which was immensely uncomfortable. We asked for an early check in(2 hours prior) and they asked us to pay for it.

Hotel royal 21 has been a very nice place to stay, the rooms are clean and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place

Overall nice place to place for a night a bit conjusted rooms but for a night you can adjust cleaning should be done perfectly overall 3/5 experience, nice staff!

Okay so i'll be really honest with you guys. So firstly i went into the room and it was small it is really not what shows in the picture it is really small. Other thing their washroom really stinks and smells like eww. When i ask them to shift us in the another room. Other room shower doesn't works and their we're lots of small insects in washroom with a chocked drainage. The head management was very rude and didn't accepted any of his mistake. Terrible room ever if stayed on
