Poor Stay

The AC was not working because of low voltage. I had to persuade them to start the generator which they did at 11PM and stopped it early in the morning while we were sleeping. The window couldn’t be opened. The room was suffocating. They gave us just one towel. They don’t provide a bed to cover while sleeping. I had to persuade them to give us one. No mineral water, no glass in the room. The TV was not available. I was told to use my phone and use U tube etc. There were hardly any toiletries. The geyser was off and I had to really persuade them to start it. It has been my worst ever stay and I don’t think I shall ever go there again
