Dear sir HOTEL SAFARI safari is not up to the mark due to the reason below room number 214 1. Ac. Is not either working or it may stop after some time it may be due to non maintenance issues. 2. Television not working. 3. Package drinking water bottle is chargeable and it's provided after the request otherwise HOTEL SAFARI staff convince us to take normal water with reason it's good as compare to package drinking water. 4. Breakfast not inclusive - 5. Mostly misba listed HOTEL SAFARIs having breakfast and tea facilities but the said HOTEL SAFARI don't have pantry to provide same. Hope our concern may take in consideration.

Bathroom and room was not clean. Lizards are in bathroom. Rooms are enough. Service staff is good. Location is near to main road which is good.
