Hotel Safari

I didn’t get room in hotel safari total fraud i paid advance and i started my journey all the way around 500 km i got a call from hotel in between that i will not get room because they forgot to un list the room after long flight and discussion they agreed to give us room in some other hotel which is pathetic and -5 star

Also such a helpful staff ! also dining area of the hotel safari also good
In sasangir area quite decent and amazing stay for family. And very affordable price. Also for the parking area such good large space.

We could not checked in the hotel, it was terrible

I was allotted room no. 105 and 106. 106 is having wet walls and ceiling due to recent monsoon. The smell of wet ceiling is irritating. There were cigarate ash on the plastic table used to put water jug. No clean water glass. No hot water upto 10am. I was on family trip with senior citizen and child age 4. Hot water is necessity in winter. Food is costly considering the quantity. They had no milk to make tea at 7. 30am. Ingot tea after 9. 30am. Good point: right beside the petrol pump. On the road. Good parking. Served me coffee at 10. 30. Managed woods for fire. Boys seems to be inexperienced. Will learn hospitality with time. I don't give negative marks. But they need to improve.

Location of the hotel is good, room was spacious service but cleanliness was not satisfactory, room services not good
