Terrible Stay

No hot water, unhygienic, water leaking in room, it's like staying in slum, no mineral water or normal water offered, towels shortage, electricity issue. Bed sheets and blankets smells not clean

No wifi no network

Hotel is far from market and no mobile network inside hotel and no wifi available. Provided hot water in the morning for bath and only one person attending to all guests and also managing the reception

Bitter truth

Location is outside, forget food they didn't ask me about water. No towels and basic soap was provided. They only let me check in and rang the bell prior an hour for the check out. No pure sanitization done or doesn't seem even done in last few days.

Room was really nice. There's no view from window. And it is less than 10 min away from the main market. I paid extra for breakfast on MMT. But they provide breakfast for one day only and they said that you have to pay more if you want breakfast. Service was decent. Value for money.

Bad food but good for budget customers

Bad food as there is no restaurant in the hotel and food was provided from some outside rest rent. Room bed and glass table was broken before we arrived.

Nice cozy hotel with good view

Hotel was quite good, well maintained and good view from some rooms as well. Room service was quite well and at reasonable prices. Only trouble was that location was pretty much inside the town, making it difficult to drive in during peak hours.

Good hotel and staff was also courteous but the location was not good. The roads to reach the hotel is very narrow so it was hard to reach there by car. But overall hotel was good and at reasonable price for families

Shanti palace hotel is so dirty. Room is so small and not cleaned a room, mahabaleswar city is good place in nature, some most popular hotel in Mahabaleshwar, so please not choose a hotel. .
