Very nice experience with the Hotel Shivganga Retreat, since Hotel Shivganga Retreat staff are friendly particularly the manager Gagan is very nice person and about the place it is really very joy full experience the River Ganga is the major scenery.

Overall okay if you are visiting this hotel just to have a sleep

Hotel is newly built and situated in an open area and approx 6-8 km away from Ram and Laxman Jhula. I preferred this place because it was distant from city crowd. Hotel could improve by providing fresh bed linen and clean washroom.

I have faced some problem but Mr. Gagan has solved all the problem in a few minutes. Mr. Gagan is a very nice and cooperative guy. Food quality also very good. It's a very nice and comfortable stay.
