Room are not cleaned also there is fungus on sofas and spitting marks on walls, will never suggest this dirty place to anyone

Please repair the door lock which is not closing properly. I couldn't lock it and all my luggage were unsafe. For MakeMyTrip users, they got separate rooms for less tariff which aren't good at all. Air cooler water is stinking change it. Thank you.

Good Hotel, nice food, family Hotel

I enjoyed the stay. I was on a budget journey and the room was close to bus stand. I saved money for transportation as well.
The room is best for the crap price.

Hotel near to chandrabhaga bridge on road hotel. Hotel is good Management is very good. Sporting staff, room was very clean. The rooms are spacious but with poor furniture and not well maintained. Service is not up to mark but overall it's good to stay there.

Best hotel under budget ... Cheapest hotel. This place is a must vist and this hotel allows you to focus your money on adeventure sports rather than hotel expenses. Food is also cheap. The location of the hotel is great allowing easy access to shops etc ..

Except its location near bus stand and triveni ghat .. Nothing is there in this hotel to cheer for. Although room tariff starts from 900 and goes till 3100 .. Its not at all value for money .. Even for 900 rs you get a dirty room with below average washroom, balcony and facilities. Sheets are dirty and pillow were almost black inside. Need a lot of improvement .. Not at all recommended

Its in a whole it is decent, but needs to improve the hygiene. I do see they are providing all facilities to the customers but they lack the hygiene. Bathroom is not so clean. Location wise it is good with great availability of resources like food, autos to move.

Hotel situated at good location but facility provided are not good. Rooms are not clean, washroom are smelly, staff is good but no telephone facility, no Bell facility available there and shower was not working.

Nice location.. Nice rooms. Nice staff. I enjoyed so much. Good hotel. If I visit Rishikesh again. I will stay in Hotel Shivlok. Good parking space. Good cooling. Clean bathrooms. Clean beds. Clean blankets. Clean floors. Good food.

From outside, the hotel would look great until you enter the room. The manager of the hotel is very helpful and staff are also very good. But the cleanliness and the facilities of the hotel is not so good. The rooms and bathroom were dirty and taps were broken. The flush of the toilet was very weak as we had to pump the flush thrice each time after our daily physical process. The beds were very big in size which is of a great advantage. Overall, if you are going with friends, then it's okay as people will manage with cleanliness as long as the management is very good but for families who needs more cleanliness I would not suggest this one. But, for the price you pay, it can definitely be a choice.

Value for money, regular food, hotel service is excellent, most of the charges waived off also cheaper to book from Makemytrip. We had a plan to book the hotel to keep baggage only, but on plan change we stayed there for 3 days/2 nights. I found service was excellent and hotel manager was down to earth and staff were very cooperative. Hotel is quite old of the 2000 era, so can not be compared with latest hotels.
