service of the hotel is very poor.untidy room.electricity supply was very poor .airconditiong and lift were not working due to frequent electricity break down.staffe were ignoring the guests.i don't recommend this hotel for stay

Room was very nice. Best furniture. Best service. Spacious area. Best quality food. Taste was awesome. Excellent service and quality of food. Great co-operation by the staff oh hotel. Great accommodation. Happily stayed. Must visit hotel in the City.

Hotel is in a extremely dusty area, service is sub standard, they did not have towels and had the audacity to tell me to adjust, Ballia isn't a great place to visit and this hotel is even worse.
