Hotel South End

We booked this hotel for 3 people at around per night and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever. Bedsheet was torn – totally unhygienic and unacceptable. Mosquito Good Night machine was empty, showing zero concern for guest comfort. The room was too small and cramped for 3 people. The AC had no remote and was stuck at 17°C, making the room unbearably cold at night with no way to adjust. On the afternoon of 16th, there was chaos near the pool with people shouting and fighting, and the staff did nothing to control it. For the price charged, this hotel offers pathetic service, poor facilities, and zero management. A complete waste of money — I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

We booked two room. They provide us good room. But other room which one accomodate my parents. This room was separated by one door. If you talking, your voice will reach other room very clearly. They are not taking care your privacy. Restaurant chairs,stil old fashioned ,very hard seat. Not comfortable for seat. Food was good and tasty. All Restaurant staff very friendly behaviour. Security and time maintain really appreciate. After 11 O' clock in the night main gate closed and elevator switched off. My son broke one of the drinking glass. When the time checked out, I informed them and paid. In the washroom, they are not provided slippers. Housekeeping, cleanliness was good. I requested them to extend my check out time up to night 10 O' clock. They replied that same booking ammount unable to provided. Need to improve cooperation. Walking distance to sea beach and railway station within 5 minutes. Although we enjoyed our tour.

Location is very good, food was spicy, services is good and intercom was not usable.

Hotel is good but the staff of resturant and sweepers will tell me to give some extra money for no reason please do something for this.

It's a one day trip and also looking for close to new digha sea beach. And for that reason, it's position is good. But room quality is average. And they didn't allow outside food which is baseless.

Please remove their hotel from mmt they are very rude only 1 guy is good who is the servant rest all are very rude and disgusting

Experience was good but hotel timing to bad. And swimming pool is chargeable

Although the hotel is quite big and good looking from the outside, it is not at all maintained which ruins the vacation mood. Rooms are damp as the ac water leaks and chairs are unreliable as they creak. Food is edible. Downside- the restaurant and the pool is shared by three hotels of the same chain; it definitely saves money and effort for the hotelier, but it also makes the places always over crowded.

Location was good but reception staffs behaviour was not good. They were very rude. So i am not satisfied at all.
