Stay is good. Room was clean. But food that they provide is not so much tasty but it is good

Room size was small not as per photo i had seen before booking. Also in winter they should have provided room heater and for that facility they were asking rs 500. This is terrible

Food was not good, service is terrible, room telephone is not working, room is too small, dirty room, dirty bedsheet, blanket, cusions

The property owner was good. Probably, the best value for money hotel the only complain is their delays in service.

We had great experience in Hotel. There was good service by Hotel. Location is good and view from the Hotel is great. I really recommend this Hotel.

Request MakeMyTrip to take matter with Hotel for variation of room allotted with pic shown. We took 3 rooms but all were different as per chosen by us and one room was not even having balcony. It seems that the rooms were allotted to someone else. We booked one room for 3 adults but we were given one additional mattress for 3rd adult. Food is good.

Worst food, no cleanliness and no fan in the room.
I have booked room in Hotel Trishul but when I reached their they given me the room in another hotel which named as "Utsav" which was already very dirty when I reached their. Thus kindly refund my hard earned money as they have not provided me the appropriate room for which I have paid to them.

Poor stay, food costly and room service was bad, very far from mall road.
Room was so small and very far from mall road. Cockroach, rat and fly was also in the room, room service was poor.

Hotel Trishul is very nice hotel little bit away from Manali crowd. Situated in nice location. As far as hotel rooms & services are concerned it is satisfactorily to us. We are totally satisfied the rooms they provided us, it was clean, spacious & comfortable beds. Washrooms are neat and clean. One can see easily view of snow capped mountains from hotel. Food was tasty. Overall services they provided were good.

Hotel service is average. There too much crowd. Rooms are not actual as per make my trip. There is a restaurent that is also average. There food items are average and costly. Cleanless is also average.

The room was beautiful and the location was great. Food facility was too good and they served it very beautifully.
