Service not good , bathroom was very dirty, also room not cleaned, 😞 provide inclined banket and towels

Rooms were too dirty washroom was terrible no towels dirty blankets dirty beds need to change each and everything in the Hotel also rooms was not as mention in pictures

Room and washrooms need to be cleaned. Lack of service employees. Hot water time only from 4AM to 8AM.

Room was unclean with cobwebs and dust, no electricity in morning in bathroom, hard beds, room size was small and was not as specified as 180sqft that we choose and paid for, wall paint was willing off, no soap, no water bottle. We will never book and stay here again.

Worst Hotel, TV not working, sprite bottle was charge higher, and owner is not talk in good way.

I stay there one day , this hotel was away from sai baba temple, TV was not there, lights not proper. Bathroom not proper clean.
Hotel Ustav is away from Shirdi bus depot. cleanliness is poor.

This is one of worst hotel I ever seen. There is no cleaning of the rooms and no proper windows and one thing I want to share my bed used like one year ago.

Good value for money.

The hotel maintenance needs a sea change. Basic requirements like phone or bell inside a room / night lamps are not available. However, hotel managers are very-very sincere & accommodative in nature. Improvement of infrastructure will make this hotel a very attractive spot since it has plenty of space.

Though a Budget hotel, we expect at least basic amenities, hygiene and services to live in a space were we've spend money. I would not like to call Utsav a hotel but rather we should call it a lodge.

Cleanliness has to be improved a lot. No hot water in the morning. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not fresh and clean. Hotel is bit far from the temple. Difficult to get autos.
