INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT

My job requires 20 days stay in a month in different INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORTs in north. But this was my family trip. Without doubt one of the favorite INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORTs I stayed in Himachal! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Shashi Kapoor (front office manager), our room was booked without view but we were upgraded to the executive room with balcony and mountain view. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a town trekking which was guided by Shashi. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natures bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. Sahil at swimming area is such a warm personality and highly motivated person (recommendable). We truly enjoyed swimming, Sauna bath and steam bath. Got a chance to meet Mr. Dinesh Bhutail (the owner of the property and a renowned personality of town). He is a great personality, excellent singer and superb businessman. Enjoyed his company and learnt a lot from him. This is a 5-star INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT and the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for Mr. Shashi who does a great job here a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Staff is great. Location is good, but the most surprising & astonishing fact for me was that the INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT guests who pay high a night don't have exclusive access to the gym and swimming pool. Guests have to stand in queue to wait for their turn along with local members of the swimming pool and gym. I have traveled a lot but never seen such a situation in a 4 star/ 5 star INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT. Secondly there is no buffet breakfast in the INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT. That I understand can be attributed to low INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT occupancy at that time of year. Staff behavior and support is excellent but I wish to inform the management at infinite resort that people and families who spend high for a night do expect and deserve some exclusive ambiance at the gym and swimming pool.

The Hotel is at a very Good location, in middle of tea gardens, staff, rooms, facilities everything is just awesome, the best part of the INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT is its pool, it’s very clean and water is warm, trainers at pool are very cooperative, Steam and Sona facility is very relaxing, they have awesome showers. The place where they need improvement is the spa section, The AC of the spa section was not working so we cancelled the spa, but they have not refunded the money till date, they said it will be transferred in our account but they don’t pick up my calls now, it’s almost 15 days now. So their spa managers should act more responsibly to refund visitors money. I'm still waiting for my refund as the service was not taken. I hope MMT could offer some help in this regard.

We had a great time at this Resort. The entire staff of the Resort is great and gives great customer service experience. We went there for 2 days and booked an executive room with a view of gaul dear range and Tea gardens. The room was good enough for a family of 3. The room had a king size bed. The Resort has a bar with a an outdoor sitting as well. The food at their restaurant was also good. The Resort has a club open to all guests for free. A lot of locals come their for swimming classes and gym. The Resort had aqua spa with decent pricing and the services were awesome. Cherry was great at her work. Overall we had a very good experience at this Resort. And yes the tear ends is open for drinks and food which is an amazing experience in its self.

It's more of a club with a gym & a heated swimming pool so local guests and outside tourists are also allowed in their bar and restaurant. The majority of them including staff didn't bother to follow the covid protocol of mask and social distancing. Moreover, no one bothers and comes forward to take your order in fact you have to run after them. Even as in-house guests you only have to wait, priority is given to local visitors. Limited range/ spread of breakfast. Nothing from the bakery, not even a muffin. Limited space to sit outside. View is limited to your balcony.

Surrounded by tea gardens and awesome views of the snow clad dhauladhar mountains. Super friendly staff. A well stocked bar tended by an expert mixologist. The restaurant had an extensive menu and delicious food. Lots of activities within the resort as well as a tour of the tea estate. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient. The front desk manager mr shashi kapoor ( ask for him) made it his personal quest to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend this resort.

The location of property is very nice- with a view if snow capped mountain ranges and tea estate. It has really well maintained temperature control covered swimming pool and well equipped gym, which are very popular among-st the locals as well. The staff is very polite and service is really good. Manish, serving us at the restaurant has an eye for details and very receptive to the customers. Do not go with the expectation of a five star at metro. Food can get better though.

This is one of the enjoyable place to stay, I walked in here with group of my friends. The place was beautiful, amazing peaceful and the place you should visit a least for 3 days food was ultimate, staff was really co-operative, I celebrated my girlfriends birthday and I surprised her with this resort, the view, rooms, balcony, staff, food, stay everything was at its best, would plan again here for the stay and recommend every one to visit at least once.

Infinitea is the best resort in Palampur. The stay in the resort was very relaxing. The views of Dhauladhaar Range and tea gardens is really great from the INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT. The staff goes out of the way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The resort is having a swimming pool, spa, and gym which is great. I loved staying in Infintea.

Rooms and INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT premises are properly sanitized and clean.

Probably one of my favorite INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT stays in India. The resort is new and the staff know how to take care of the guests. Don't miss the club house. Amazing facilities here. The food was good the crispy corn, ghee roast chicken, rara meat delicious. If you are in Palampur, definitely stay at this property.

Resort is quite nice and is at very nice location. The food was also awesome. The only problem was at night and early morning there was no one to address our problems. Also, INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT rooms were not soundproof and a good hear outside mess for the whole night.

Stay in this INFINITEA TEA GARDEN RESORT surely add a big smile in our face. Staff is really very helpful and food is delicious. Only thing is don't forget to bring your own swimming costumes to enjoy their pool services. Packed in one word. It's a perfect holiday. Thanks.
