Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli

Overall stay in the keys lite by lemon tree resort was great. The property is beautiful with decent amenities. The staff was super cooperative and amazing. Food quality was very nice. Although the breakfast spread was limited, whatever was served was truly amazing. The resort is close to the bus depot and market area ( approx 15 mins ) but away from beaches ( around 25 mins drive ) great place for a family trip. Now coming to the negative point because of which i chose to give 1 star less. There are two resorts by the name lemon tree. One is lemon tree resorts which is 30-35 mins away from depot one is “ keys lite “ by lemon tree. Most rice drivers are not aware about the keys lite resort. When i told my rickshaw to go to keys lite by lemon tree, he took me lemon tree which is 35-40 mins away from bus depot. Our bus came to dapoli at 5 am in the morning and it was a horrible experience in total dark with only jungle around to drive 35/40 mins with no clue. Worst when we called the keys lite at 5 am for exact location no one picked up the call. The phone was switched off. The first 1 hour of our visit in dapoli was a nightmare, thanks to two resorts by same names. The Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli should make serious effort in ensuring the two resorts are clearly separated and mentioned. They should write something like “ keys lite by lemon tree - valane near kaju factory “. Had they done this things would have been easier. Finally when we arrived at the right Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli, the Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli manager did not show any empathy. When i told him why the phone was off, he kept saying he didn’t receive any call. This was really unprofessional ! thankfully he later upgraded us to a better and big room at no cost and things were sorted later. Post this experience everything was cool. Request to Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli authorities to sort this name dilemma at earliest and do some more marketing my putting more hoardings to make their presence felt. The most positive aspect about the Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli is its property and the staff thanks & best regards

Good stay. Polite staff. Food quality and price leaves a lot to be desired. The Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli menu is disorganised and expensive due to the quality being pretty low. We ordered spring rolls and a chicken chilli for starters. The spring rolls were pretty awful and oily and chicken chilli as well was swimming in oil. The taste was average and not expected when they priced everything above ₹350 with minimal portion size. 2 orders of starters was not enough for 2 people. We settled with dal and jeera rice for dinner but the rice was undercooked. Breakfast items were acceptable. Service is great. The staff is very courteous and dutiful. People who know how to cook should lower expectations.

A good property in a quiet area with lot of greenery around. It is recently acquired by lemon tree group of Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapolis so further improvements are in process. Rooms are very good and the staff is very polite and helping. Different meals packages are available along with room plans. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is very good with decent options for vag and non-veg. I would specially like to thank mr. Khalid for his hospitality during our stay. I will definitely recommend this place.

Location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Good for those finding peace and relaxation. The Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli staff are the gems of this place. From the watchman, reception, to restaurant staff, all had a beaming smile to welcome you. Food can be improved a little, but nonetheless, it was good. Would stay again during the rains. The place needs a little upkeep. Otherwise, our stay was lovely.

It was great experience at Keys lite Lemon Tree Dapoli. Felt like home grown environment. Very quiet and peaceful. It is in the remote place but that’s the charm of it. The food arrangements were really good and the staffs gave us absolutely vacation feel by helping us during the stay. We also really thankful about to Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli to allow us to bring our PET along with us.

Location is good and peaceful. Only problem is it's not handicap or senior citizen friendly. So many steps to reach to restaurant and swimming pool. Staff is very nice and polite. I met one guy in a restaurant named sanskar. He was very helpful in matter of food for my pet. My pet loved the stay there. Food was good. Breakfast was ok ok. Overall good stay but far from beach almost 40 mins.

Keys lite dapoli is a good property surrounded by green forest. However it is littlebit expensive compared to facilities it offered. Property has to introduce some add on activities to make d stay more happening. They need to improve on their food experience particularly breakfast with more menus and taste needs to improve big time.

Overall a nice property with great hygiene and high standards. All staff was very polite and soft spoken. Special mention about mohan, khalid and pankaj. If time permits will definitely visit the Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels Sylvan, Dapoli again.

Location is surrounded by scenic forest, rooms are good. Food is excellent. Staff is courteous. Ample parking space. Easy to locate on map and accessibility is excellent, live music by swimming pool is cherry on top

One of the best properties in dapoli, cool and calm in the lap of the nature, where you can relax and enjoy, sit in the balcony and have drink peacefully no disturbances at all, staff is very good and gentle

Comfortable and Luxurious stay. Rooms are neat and clean with Balcony of Forest view. Polite and helpful staff. Welcoming reception staff. However need some improvement in Veg Food taste. Food was good but expected more. Will love to stay again.
