Very bad customer support

No one answered on the number provided, multiple times i had called them but no one answered nor they bothered to call back. So didn't stay there and booked an alternate stay there would not recommend anyone. Looked fraud to me !

First off all first I call you and you didn't answer me after I call you again and you told me you find another guest house and you didn't call me anytime if you call me once then I have your missed call on my call history so please do not tell a lie without your stay if you stay in my property then Is good you can send me review but without your stay and without contact me please do not blem me. And also in future anywhere you are going please first contact for property manager not trust local auto or other people talk.

Situated at an backward outskirt of town. Not all comfortable with low quality facilities. Communication to the area is bad. For an outsider the place lacks security.

I call you on your mobile number which is you put on your booking and you didn't reply me and you are not come and not stay so how to possible without your stay you can told about my homestay.
