Kluney manor is an excellent property with great antiquity staff is very supportive & food is excellent overall ambience of the property is encapsulating things which may be improved: 1. Lighting inside rooms - may be it's kept low intentionally to give a rustic look but a little more brightness will be better 2. Some local dishes can be added to menu to enrich the experience

Great location, wonderful garden and scenery in the property (good for photo session). Excellent food in the restaurant and very helpful staff. Clean toilets but the rooms are very old - Lighting also needs improvement. The driver’s accommodation which they have offered was extremely bad and we had to arrange another room in the last minute.

If u r looking for authentic ooty style (that we seen in movies) resort in mid range budget, this is best resort, was skeptical while booking but resort is beautiful then it looks in photos. Food was good and not expensive. Breakfast was good but has limited choices.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay with family. However, there is room for improvement in the food options, particularly for breakfast. An a la carte option would have enhanced the experience even further.

Beautiful location and the staff are very cooperative!Property is very well maintained!To escape the urban disturbances,u have to stay a couple of days in this serene atmosphere!👍

It's a good place property has beautiful garden, peace atmosphere. Building architecture reminds of colonial era. they have nicely maintained it. area.Staff behaviour was good.

Stay was good, restaurant and rooms are cleanly maintained, over all hospitality was good thanks for mm trip.

Everything was good, rooms, ambiance and especially thier complimentary foods. But except the water heater, it works only for few hours.

Royal stay they provide a royal stay. But doesn’t provide a complementary breakfast and ther is no privacy

It was really amazing place to stay since it gives you british structure rooms in stay, made it wonderful experience for us.

It was good over all, but could be improved on giving comfortable features such as conditioned room. It was super cold, the fire didn’t go as expected.

The stay has was comfortable, and from the location all places to visit were easily ascessible. Overall good place to stay.
