Kobitaloi home stay

Not good at all. The owner told me to review in front of him. Rooms r too small. when i tell him about the room he advises me to rent an AC room but why should i ?? When customers need a budget friendly room in cold weather why he/she rent an AC room ?? And especially about food, they provided good and hygienic food but at a higher price from their own restaurant. If someone asks me to go to that homestay again. My answer is "Never"

location is terrible...you will feel like you're in Dharavi. the in the property description, its written that they're providing AC rooms and they take the payment for this but as soon as you enter, they show you another room and they argue and all and ask extra money for AC rooms. Host's behaviour is not good at all. T

The place needs to be maintained properly to have a neat n clean look so that people staying there enjoys their stay. As of now it looks like an economy option just with the basics. The paratha served in breakfast was almost one inch thick no idea what all put in the paratha, lots of cheese may be but was made by someone who doesn't know how to cook, hope everything gets better

Was good stay and location was easy to find, from paltan bazar railway station

Homestay is located in a slum area where all goons boys surely damaged your car because no parking area available there. Host is oversmart bathroom in a worst condition and no ventilation available in room because there were no room he partition the hall with wood wall also host not available for welcoming.

There's no view in the homestay as mentioned in the details. The owner is fine but he pissed me off at an instance when he asked me to clean the room in front of him. I took permission of him before drinking but then he burst in telling me to clean the mess which was not at all my job to do. I understand it was a homestay but this isn't the way a guest should be treated. The room doesn't have all 4 walls, one of the walls is wooden partition which is incomplete from above. There is no question of privacy in the room.

A nice and safe place to stay. Room was neat not clean. Good Wi-Fi connection. Tasty foods just like home. A great place with a cool and helpful host.

The rooms are not good sound proof. Bed sheets were filled with dust. The location was noisy. Food and service were good.

Liked the host and hospitality very much.
