Poor service, very basic facilities and the food was bad (no variety and very spicy. Not worth the cost - this is not even a 2 star accommodation.

familyThe location was good. Room was not good, it was maintained well. The blankets were dirty and not sufficiently provided, it was too cold in the night. Service was not good. There was no intercom, so we have to go to the reception. Staff behavior was poor. Hygiene was maintained, there were flies all over the restaurant.

Hospitality was bad

family1. No room service for even a cup of tea one has to walk all the way to restaurant. Meals are served along with the hotel staff. They don't even wait to finish the guest and sit along the guest. No one even serve water and speak rudely. 2. Hospitality is not in their dictionary. 3. The resort was very dingy and depressing. We had to leave in late night with wife and kid.

Good Resort but can find better option

We booked the tent at Resort and upon our visit they provided nice tent with ac which was cool. How ever breakfast and dinner was not that good. Location is very near by to desert so its good.
