Couldn’t get a chance to try food but had good cup of tea. Location wise it’s near to Carmona beach around 3-5 min of drive and easily approachable to Varca, Clubs within 15-25 min of drive. Facilities pov, it had plenty of parking spaces available within, continuous supply of cold and hot water, toiletries in the room, fridge, water etc Corridor to be used as a Common Balcony but easily manageable. Rooms were spacious with extra bed available with AC, TV operational.

The location was good, owner and the management was really helpful. Swimming pool cleaning could be improved. Only 1 bottle of drinking water was complimentary whereas extra bottles consumed were charged. At-least drinking water should be provided.

Hi Nimish, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the swimming pool and the misunderstanding regarding bottled water. We recently discovered a major leak in the pool. Although we’ve been refilling it, heavy rains have made maintenance difficult. Our repair team from Mumbai is scheduled to arrive by the end of October 2025, and we expect the issue to be resolved then. As per our policy, one bottle of water is complimentary on arrival. Additional mini-bar items, including water bottles (₹20/-), are charged at MRP. A water filter is also available at reception for guests to refill bottles anytime. As a budget-friendly guesthouse, we aim to keep tariffs low while offering complimentary amenities such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, soap, dental kits, shower gel, and toilet rolls. The room was clean. The hotel staff were quite helpful in terms of food and transportation. The surroundings of the room was greenery. Just that hotel is a bit far from the tourist destination

Hi Vaishnavi, Thanks for taking time to review our property. We appreciate the kind words, this helps motivate our staff. Yes, we accept, we are located in South Goa and most tourist prefer North Goa. Sorry for that. However it depends on what guests are looking for, we have international repeat guests since 2015, who come every year and stay minimum one month to maximum six months, they love the greenery peace and quite of South Goa.
