Mak Hotel

The room was clean. The lobby was very neat and beautiful filled with plants. The service was okay. Breakfast was not that great. But the clean room triumps all other cons so overall it was a pleasant stay. Things to improve would be customer service definitely. I had asked for early check in the previous day and they said rooms were available. But on that day i reached with my luggage and they said no rooms available which was very frustrating

I was given a room on the second floor, and it was tidy and well-maintained. The staff members were amicable and willing to assist. I didn't have the opportunity to sample any food at the Mak Hotel. The location is in domlur, close to a residential area. The bathrooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Overall, it was a fantastic deal for the price.

Hotel is good. Reception and security is good. Next time book directly through Mak Hotel. Make my trip is looting customer. They charged me 3950 per night where as Mak Hotel rate is rs 2500 including tax. Mm t is cheating customer by falsely elevating Mak Hotel charges and then discounting it, naming it mm t value stay.

The Mak Hotel was good, comfortable rooms and beds and ok washroom but Mak Hotel does not have food service which was one minus point so we had to order food, else it’s okay to reside for 1 day, room space was fine not too big nor too small, it’s in between city so we can actually roam nearby shopping areas. Nope

Staff is very good and prompt, rooms are spic and span and well done interiors. Extremely safe for the female solo travellers. Vicinity is also good with an awesome restaurant that's serves authentic south indian food. Tok golf course view room, it was an amazing view with good breeze. Must try.

Rio grande is one of my preferred properties to stay in madurai. It has a very central location and still a little secluded as in not so noisy, and an excellent staff. I have had no complaints with the staff or the stay till now and will choose this Mak Hotel for further stays as well.

Room was neat and well maintained (would have loved it if not for the stale cigarette smell. No in-house restaurant, have to order from outside. Decent stay for anyone who has a couple of days work at embassy golf links. Walkable distance. Double bed room costed 1200, not bad.

We are extremely happy with everything regarding the Mak Hotel. Be it location, stay and service. Everyone is very very helpful, very understanding. We got all possible service and all 6 days when we were in that Mak Hotel, we were not feeling bad even for a minute. Very happy

Silent area to stay. Golf field is near by, good environment. No proper hot water facility. Rest all was good

At first the mattress is filled up with hair particles and i need to call the maintenance to clean and change the mattress covers. Other than that, everything is good

Good honestly.

Comfortable rooms. Quiet environment. Food was decent. There was a lot of power fluctuation so that was a probelm with wifi connectivity. The staff behaviour was also courteous
