No towel no drinking water no hot water no soap no bedsheets nothing everything was having smell and dirty i won’t recommend this to anyone

The location was good and room were same as shown in the picture. But he hotel staff has not provided any toiletries. There is no provision for hot drinking water which is basic necessity in a cold place like ooty.

Not open the main gate after reaching property don’t book any one

Very very bad experience from property, they are not responding the call after reached property, around half hour we are making sound for opening main door, they are not professional to do the hospitality business kindly remove them in male my trip, and my cash not refund the amount kindly do needful
