Hotel with a beautiful view but not so beautiful service

coupleThe hotel is located in Old Manali as per its description online but actually it's beyond that. Approach to the hotel is a bit difficult as it's a steep climb towards to hotel. Will definitely be an issue for people carrying luggage. Menu was not available wholly, only few selected options were available. Value for money will be average. The room was ok. The view from it was very good, beautiful snow covered mountains. Service was very poor or I can say understaffed. Only the owner was present there who was doing everything. Can work on that part.

The room was okay. There was no tv in the room as mentioned online. Geyser and wifi connection were provided. Loved the view from the room. For food they have a cafe on top. One Miss or I can say a hitch was the room heater provided, it was not adequate in heating the room. The staff were supportive. Overall a good experience.
