Hotel rooms are good, behaviour of the staff very good except one or two. A glass got broken which was outside my room and they charged me rs 250 for that which is quite unfair. Anything happens outside the room guest is not responsible for that. Food cost too much high and taste not that much good. Enjoyed our stay with muscatle, location is excellent, though it is located at downwards sloping curve but car can reach easily. Staff and service is excellent too specially ash-on and pranita thumbs up to them. We were upgraded to super deluxe room with balcony which was quite big. Only area of improvement is breakfast options and taste it could be improved rest of the things are fine.

Hotel room was excellent, food was average. Very near to mg marg but as it's downhill so might be a bit problem for some people to walk up as the road was steep. Location is also perfect. The food is also so nice and it has a big parking place. Best staff's with best room and great survives.

We stayed here for two days. Try to stay in the new building as it has lift. Otherwise climbing up and down can be cumbersome. The staff were really good especially the manager sudip. He was very helpful. The only drawback is that it's half a km away from mg marg. If you can live with that this is a great place to stay.

Overall excellent. Location and cost with power and hot water 24 hrs. Food is little expensive but quality is good.
