Terrible Stay

My experience of booking with makemytrip was horrible. When i reached the hotel, naini hill, i was told that the hotel was fully booked and they had no space available for us. I had paid the full amount in advance and they instead of refunding put us in the hotel which was really bad and of way lesser price. I was cheated by them.
