Neha Palace

The overall stay and service of the Neha Palace is good, pros - staff behaviour is polite and friendly behaviour, nice and familiar environment, budget friendly, room was clean and hygienic. Cons - some rooms have cracks (but clean, food was not good, rooms are not ground floor but the restaurant is on the 2nd floor and they don't have any lift. You won't get any mobile network within the Neha Palace and wifi is only available on reception.

The place was clean and hygienic. The place is exactly how it looks in picture, inf-act more beautiful. They have planted some amazing flowers. The room were clean. The staff was really good and co operative. We ordered fish for dinner which was extremely yummy. I can never forget that. I think we got much more than we paid. Must stay! must visit!

The owner as well as the staff having good behavior with guests. This is a place where we can stay comfortably with kids and other members. Staff is making all efforts to provide a comfortable stay here. If i plan to visit this island again. Neha palace is my first choice. The garden area of this Neha Palace is also good. Thanks to the owner and staff members of this Neha Palace.

The sorrounding of neha palace is really excellent. Well maintained, clean and lots of flowers to cherish. It's really a palace to stay. No option for food. We had to take roti and dhal only and chilli paneer as the others items cannot be cooked because of unavailability of cook.

Location is a little far away from the City. Food facility was not good. Staff were good. Restaurant. Room was neat and clean. Value for money. Check-in and check-out time should be flexible. Would recommend the property.

The garden is very beautiful and well kept, very clean rooms and location is also good, bholanath waiter was good so tipped him as he deserved, bhola served me with hot water every morning and night

Everything is good but the food was not good as we are vegetarian we got pure vegetarian restaurant nearby the Neha Palace and the food was awesome their

When we reached there, the room was not clean. After calling the room service they cleaned it. I really liked the balcony part of the room.

Receptionist is very rude. Everything else is good.
