Bad rooms. On New Years Eve when we were at a Party which we paid heavy charges for, the owner calls and says thst he is locking the gates and to come early. My car and driver were at the hotel. How can a hotel behave like a hostel. I had to rush back with my Family with a ruined New Year and lost heavy money what I spent on Party cover charge besides a ruined New Year. I had a booking with Punjas for 2 nights already paid for yet I walked out and checked into another hotel and spent more money. So I lost alot of money and a ruined New Year with the Family. Even a Hostel is not that bad. I feel they should shut the place. We all had alot of skin rashes too from the dirty rooms.

I had a booking with punjas for 2 nights already paid for yet i walked out and checked into another hotel and spent more money. So i lost alot of money and a ruined new year with the family. Even a hostel is not that bad. I feel they should shut the place. We all had alot of skin rashes too from the dirty rooms. I feel i should be refunded the one night i did not stay but paid for, as the entire fault was the hotel owners besides the party money loss i bore and family was upset in the new year.
