Hotel is good. They give late check in only. Food is satisfactory. Being Mumbai ,space is a constraint and so the rooms. Tanaran restaurant is fully live with Hollywood music and localities enjoy the music with food.

1. wait time to get the room allocated was 30 minutes after reaching the hotel even though I reached after due check in time. 2. No water was provided as complementry, 3. It took 15 minutes for room service to provide water bottle

Well it was a decent stay , though the rooms could have been a bit bigger . The party at Nusara was great for which we went . Didn’t mind the stay but could have been better in many ways

Well the property is located at a very good serene place , liked the hospitality . The rooms are good and clean . The nusara where we celebrated our mother’s birthday was good and the food was amazing as well .. nice stay overall !

I received a very good room — clean, hygienic, and up to the mark. The overall stay was pleasant, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. However, the windows were quite small and a bit dusty, which could definitely be improved for a better overall experience. One minor downside was getting multiple calls from reception reminding me to check out, which felt a little stressful towards the end of the stay. Other than that, a good and comfortable experience overall.

Check in was @2pm,I reached the property@245 pm and still the room wasn't ready.finally checked in @4pm.The room was very unhygienic,found 2 cockroaches whom I managed to kill.the water in jacuzzi was all reddish brown,upon contacting the reception they sent their technician and they kept trying to fix it for nearly 1 hour 30 mins even after that the problem was not fixed.then we were shifted to another room.even there the jacuzzi was dirty and there was no TV in the washroom as shown on MMT.had a terrible experience with this property.even oyo rooms are cleaner than this so called 4 star property.please check before listing such properties on your app

really I never expected the room stay. proper ventilation, I think ita too high... I just came for brand, I hope selected wrong hotel. . I booked executive double bed, they given club room. after reaching room it was horrible experience . extra bed not able to put in room. it's look like lodge with centralized ac. good thing : breakfast good , hot water available 24×7 horrible experience : in photo it was too long. in actual it's too short. I never felt the experience as premium hotels. windows not openable. swimming that's other end. no proper spacious. I left the hope to idea to take swim.. makemy trip have taken care of quoting such high amounts
