It should be installed last in the bathroom instead of opening the bath door

Hotel is in the Palampur City. No parking facility. Overall good as a budget hotel. For food so may restaurant near by the hotel.

Hotel is safe, clean and in market, paid parking is just 20 steps away but behavior of staff is pathetic. Even dint knock the door, just kick it and very rude. No professional ethics and hospitality.

We were traveling as family with our mother and don along. The room was average and the hotel staff were pleasant on arrival. The fun started at night. At Around 10 PM, a group of men came in the opposite room and started consuming alcohol. Nothing wrong with that. After about half hour, when they were inebriated, they started shouting and laughing very loudly. When I went to the reception to complain about the same, I found it to be locked. After almost 10 attempts, the mobile no was picked up and I was assured that the situation will be contained. However, despite some conversation between hotel staff and the rowdy guests, the fun and frolic was on unabated till about 11:30 PM. There was no despite from the ruck us and the hotel staff also didn't intervene. I strongly recommend that families don't avail these rooms, it's OK for bachelors travelling in a group. May my misfortune not spill over to others.

Food is very good and nice.
Room is good, room service is very nice.

Better for who just want to complete work in day and rest for night at economical rate.

My stay at Regal was pleasant. It has a clean room, well maintained as well as well mannered staff. Overall that room was at a decent price. Totally worth my money.

We had such a nice night at this hotel even we stayed only one night but the staff are really helpful. The food was great and the bed so comfy. I like all the room design and the rest room was big enough for us. Plus very clean room. We wish we could stay longer but sadly we had booked the flight back home. Anyway we will definitely come back again:) Awesome !!!
