Very poor facilities. We stayed there for two days and they did not clean the room even after asking. No foot mat in the room. Not even outside the washroom. We asked for one extra pillow twice but no response and few more. Very unprofessional attitude.

Untidy rooms with no basic facilities

When we checked in our room, the room was so untidy that we had to ourself supervise and get the basic cleaning done, changed the bed linens, mattress seems to be dirty since months, sofa covers seems so dirty that it is better to sit on floor. There is a telephone but it does not work. There is a TV but does not work. There is no geyser in the room, if you want hot water you have to go to the reception (walk a floor below) and ask for it. It should come within an hour, though not as hot as the wait time was! The cold water in the room takes 30 min to fill up a bucket, so plan your bath accordingly!

One night stay at Hotel River View, Bheraghat, Jabalpur

Three of us reached Bhedaghat by red bus from Station. The bus went up to to Dhuandhar point where we took a connecting bus to River View Hotel, near boating point 1 KM away. The location of the hotel is great, it is situated on the bank of Narmada at the start of a stretch of road filled with shops and smaller hotels. A bit of isolation and at the same time proximity to the main activity center. We took two River facing rooms upgrading our booking. The extra charge was Worth it. The view from the balcony was picture perfect. The room was large with expected modern amenities. The group of young boys led by smiling. Tried their best to meet the requirements of a large group on pilgrimage and us. That was a happy bunch of boys. Though modest, the food prepared and the other cook was very tasty and each time we ate full to the brim. If I go again, possibly I would choose the same room.

Location was great

Place of visit was memorable but not the stay. Location was great. Cleanliness was very bad. Linens were not changed, even old linens were not dusted. Kitchen was unclean too.
