Rohit Homestay

I booked for rohit homestay. But later owner send us to different guest house, as local authorities have asked them to not to allow any guests bcoz of g20 summit in hampi. I was fine to stay in other guest house which was good. But, i had booked for 2 days and i was asked to checkout after a day itself. When i called the owner of rohit homestay, he said he will arrange in some other place for our stay, which is 10kms away. Because of this we ended our trip and returned back. When i asked him for refund for 1 day which he didn't allow to stay, he asked to cancel in mm t which is non-refundable. When i explained himz that cancellation is not possible and it is non-refundable, he said he can't help anymore. He said stay in whichever places he gives or else make your own arrangements and he will not give any refund

I read glorifying reviews on google and booked the property. 4. 5k for a 5 member family, with just 4 beds. Amenities mentioned hot water etc. I'm reality, we have to contact the caretaker for them to turn on the water. Bed sheets, towels etc were not upto the mark. No tv. Basically a room with a shelf and a single fan with, an okay bathroom. I've stayed at star hotels for less.
