Price worthy accommodation. Appreciable hospitality.

Good room at this price, service was good, I have not faces any problem.

We booked a four bedded room at khayam Srinagar. The location is very central and everything is available at walking distance. Civic amenities are also available nearby. The location is the most safe and secure zone. We have visited it for our business purpose and the staff was very cooperative.

Hotel staff was very helping, Mansur bhai the manager so cooperative that no one can be. We felt just like at home at hotel. I really thank Mansur bhai and junaid for their support. If anyone want to visit Srinagar with budget hotel I think this should be first choice

From outside it's look was not good but from inside it is good. Rooms are spacious, clean, service was very good. Staff takes care of his customers very much. Restaurant is inside in hotel. Preparation were good. I was there on my official tour & stayed there one week.

With my two I stayed there for one day, very facilitate and nice staff is there. Restaurant is inside the hotel so you can have food anytime. Feel free to stay there with family... Main market is near about so that you can reach there by walk also.

Services wise it is has good hospitality and servicess all the staff and manager nice to co oprateable. Room is good. Hotel is near to Dal gal gate and safe location .. There is landmark of Behind Khyber hospital .. Over all it is good

We were couple travelers. Location wise excellent. The staff are good in servicing. The room clean. They provided electric blanket 24 Hr hot water. Clean room. Overall the hotel and the room good for discount price provided by the make my trip webiste.

Hotel is nice. Staff are cooperating. Mr. Manjoor( manager) is very helpful. But only problem is that blankets, pillows and bedsheets are not good quality. Smells in blankets are very bad. Looks like wash before many months.

Located in prime location. The staff were more courteous and friendly. The rooms were neat and clean. For the cost, it was a good deal, which I should appreciate honestly. However, as a feedback for both customers and hotel authorities, Khayam Road is not known to many. The locals confuse with Khayam Chowk. I was searching the place for more than an hour. The road is the adjacent lane to Khyber Hospital which I think should be mentioned in the address instead of just putting "Near". The mobile number mentioned was switched off always and I was unable to trace them since the number was not reachable. Inside the hotel, the Wi-Fi was not working. Being a visitor from another state and pre paid cards not being working in Kashmir and local PCOs are not in the vicinity, the hotel should provide arrangements to make local calls.

Only room is okay for stay in tight budget. Toilet, ambiance, kitchen service, staff support are very poor.

This hotel is not a hotel but a sweet home where we get good food for eat and good location to see. Staff cooperation is excellent. Manjur Bhai and Mr Kaul is very gentle person, they help us every day while going to Gulmarg, Shikara and sightseeing. A pleasant stay is there.
