Poor Stay

While booking in MakeMyTrip shows a 2 bedroom homestay which can accommodate 8 people but the provided room is a single room which is totally misleading. Whereas it was clearly mentioned for other stays. No toiletries have been provided and there was no breakfast. When asked, the host responded saying the breakfast can be provided at his friend's hotel and when we reached the hotel they were packing deliveries and asked us to wait for 20 minutes or go to town to have breakfast. Overall the were very irresponsible and we had a very bad experience

Thanks for taking the feedback! 1. There was no proper hot water provision in the room we have to repeatedly inform the owner to switch on the hot water. 2. Even though we booked for 5, bed was available for only for 4, one has to sleep on floor 3. No wardrobes to keep the things 4. Only 1 towel and 1soap provided for 5 pax for two days booking 5. No room service 6. Mentioned breakfast included, but need to travel 5km to have breakfast
