The Springs Hotel and Spa was clean nice and tidy. Management was very pleasing and helpful. Yet a person working as the doorman or the security was very creepy as when i requested for a multi socket, front desk sent him with a completely different device twice and it felt like he was more curious about the my belongings in the room and the business brought me to the Springs Hotel and Spa. Finally a complain made to the front desk got me both the electrical socket and action on the employee working as security.

The location of the Springs Hotel and Spa is very convenient. However the locality is a little average with only car garage shops around. Hotel rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are very big. Tv has all hd channels. Value for money.

The stay was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The place is very hygienic and also loved the chicken wantons in the breakfast it was just amazing. Would definitely like to visit the Springs Hotel and Spa again soon

The check in process was extremely smooth and the staff was very cordial. The room was neat and clean. Water, soap, lotions etc were properly arranged in the room. Room service was also good.

It was excellent stay. Location near lalbag botanical garden and mtr restaurant. Good ambience. Good food. Warm front desk staff. Room spacious and airy.
