AC Condition was very poor and Water lever at Bathroom comes out while using it. seems maintenance is very poor

Good room. Excellent cordial behaviour by all staff members. Restaurant items appeared to be overpriced.

Good and pleasant stay room is good and best staff appearing food also good good ambiance clean and hygienic

Hotel reception was very good. Hotel facilities & staffs were excellent. Ofcourse food n beverages class. Will definitely recommend my friends visiting that place.

Good room and other amenities. Not sure of intermittent power disconnect happened during stay. Very good food and the staffs dealings are good

Hotel is good, but service is very poor. Hotel is charging 2times if mrp even on mineral water

Room was okay. Bedsheets were bad. Room was clean. Stocked drawers. Overall was okay. Air comditioned.

Overall good experiance. Good room and spacious, and parking facility. Wash room was managed well. Services was good. Power failure was experienced 4 to 5 times, managed by dg, but on- off situation.

Room and facilities inside the room are very good. Toilet and wash room clean and neat. Food available is decent but lot of room for improvement

Spacious room with all amenities required for good stay. Bed was very good and linen also good and fresh.

The bed was infected with bed bugs, as we both had got rashes and itching all over our body by morning. We left the hotel in morning itself. I think they haven't cleaned the bedsheet or blankets properly. It's infested with bugs that's for sure, we won't suggest anyone to stay there. Our overall experience was horrible due to this case, hope the hotel staff takes this seriously and take proper care of guests in future. Pathetic !

We stayed @sree valsam residency for two nights. The hotel is neat and clean, staff welcoming and friendly. Room we stayed in was spacious.

The stay was good and the hotel provided all the facilities and staff were friendly. Only issue faced was unavailability of wifi. They were peoviding it, but problem was mot sortwd out
