    Getting in touch with stay vista was harrowing. From telling me that there is no booking to making me wander around nainital for 2 hours, it was a terrible experience. The customer support is clueless, the villa manager does not answer his phone and they all blame each other. Thankfully, the villa was nice and the caretaker was great.
