Terrible Stay

Property Location is super, and opposite to Purnea Main Bus Stand. Unfortunately, there is no Food Services in the Hotel. Even hotel staff didn't provided a bottle of water and a towel. Moreover, staff was rude and of non cooperative nature. Also, Hotel was found closed at midnight and refused entry to us. Hotel staff created a problem in providing GST Invoice. Also, there is no restaurant in the Hotel and no Room Service.

Hotel is very good the staff is well behaved and there is smooth check in experience. Only issue is with food, you have to order for food as there is no in hotel food service.
