The Brigadiers Cottage | Rooms & Meals

Slightly far from mussorie main city (mall road) but very near to one of the main attractions kempty falls - this place is nice and cosy. As a host, neetu and the team welcomed us very warmly and other staff were very polite and humble. One can feel the serenity and this stay is very calm and quiet. You can actually enjoy the whole day just sitting at the balcony looking at the marvelous view of the mountain ranges. Being a farm, they have their own cow, calves, ducks and dogs (chichi was very dear to us. We enjoyed playing with them too. And, finally, they have full fledged food service - both buffet and a la carte options. We opted for the food buffet which was nice - light and tasty. You can enjoy the food at the open terrace overlooking the nice view too. I really look forward to come back here.

As i was enjoying the peaceful ambience of a quaint homestay in the woods of mussoorie, that is brigadiers cottage, i had a chat with our superhosts, a seem and neetu and i could feel that running a homestay means so much more to them than just running a business ; it's about making the visitors comfortable, making them feel part of the family while you put your feet up, relax and connect with nature. That is how i exactly felt. It's a testament to their passion, their hard work and their ability to understand the varying needs of different types of tourists. Looking forward to visit you guys again!

It is a beautiful property with wonderful hosts- neetu ji and a seem ji. Delicious food. Very nice staff led by mr. Shakti. This place will definitely charm you into coming back here, again! a place filled with peace and tranquil. The hosts here will make your stay an exquisite experience. Highly recommended to all fellow travellers.

It is a very well maintained property at a very good location breakfast was good, but improvement can be done in food as dinner was not good.
