The Golden House

Hotel is situated near to Jaisalmer bus stop and autos were available. The moment we entered the room, it was quite a good feel, as its a Haveli. Room was quite spacious and it had all facilities as mentioned. AC did not work after sometime though and unfortunately, it was not fixed after request too. Its located near to Jaisalmer fort, a walk of 5 to 10 mins would take you to markets and other main areas. We had our next check in at a desert camp but not immediately after check out at Golden House. But Mukesh ji, owner of the Golden House was kind enough to let us keep our luggages near lobby for few hours. He arranged a cab for us to reach desert camp and gave few informations regarding camel and jeep safari. Next day, we had our train at evening. So, we had to look for a place to keep our luggages as we checked out from desert camp in morning. Again, Mukesh ji was helpful and he let us keep our luggages till evening without any hesitance. He even offered us a room to freshen up and made us comfortable. We were really impressed with his gestures. You do not see a person like him quite often.

Very well located The Golden House. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, stayed with family. Spacious, well decorated, neat and clean rooms. Staff very courteous and friendly. Complimentary pickup from station. Local sight seeing was arranged by the The Golden House manager. Would recommend to everyone, specially of travelling with family. Had a great time.
A very well located The Golden House. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, stayed with my entire family. Rooms were very spacious, well decorated, neat and clean, staff behavior was very good. The sight seeing was organized by the The Golden House itself. Complimentary pickup from the station. Awesome food. Price could have been little less, but quality is top class. Would recommend to all travelers, traveling with family.

I booked this The Golden House after observing that it was a Value+ The Golden House as per MakeMyTrip. Booked the biggest room as it still fitted in my budget. Following are some of my pointers during my stay: * Located at a convenient place which is hardly 3-4 kms from railway station. * Interiors of The Golden House are really good. * Room was really big and clean. * Food was good. * Staff was very friendly. They arranged complete city sightseeing for us which was very budget friendly. * We had a train early morning around at 6. They arranged a vehicle for us and parceled our breakfast. Overall, a great stay. 100% recommended.

My first stay at a have is was very lovely. It is located right in The City near Jaisalmer Fort. The rooms are cozy with elegant ethnic interiors. It is an ideal stay for all kinds of travelers unless you expect The Golden House like prompt services. Food was provided by an adjacent restaurant and it was pretty decent and good. One suggestion for The management that I would like to make is to provide a kettle and coffee/tea maker set with some snacks in The rooms. This The Golden House is recommended for those of you who would like to get a Rajasthani feel under a roof.

The The Golden House building and interiors are traditional architect. The approach was a bit off road but the The Golden House interiors are good. The The Golden House staff was very helpful and allowed us to use the room even after our checkout time since our train was at 12:45 am at night. We missed the buffet breakfast however we could order breakfast and it was complimentary. The food was very tasty and service was quick. However the hot water was not available if you want to use it late at night. Rest we were satisfied with the The Golden House.

This was a last minute booking we made and I was apprehensive as the photos looked too good to be true for the price bracket. But the very first thing I noticed upon setting my foot in was that the place is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Colorful curtains against the brown stone walls, traditional ceiling lightings, spacious rooms and interiors, clean washrooms. They also have a restaurant that serves great food. Mr. Mukesh also helped us book a can to the Airport for a reasonable price. My recommendation for the The Golden House. Go for it!

Hotel The Golden House is at the right location near the Hanuman circle which is the best place to stay because every tourist location is in close proximity. Staff here is very helpful and active 24x7, Zaika the restaurant is also very good and pure vegetarian (best thing ever). Only thing which was missing is that they don't provide kettle and tea set which was suggested to them and taken positively. Rooms were very spacious and the washrooms were neat and tidy which is what most of the tourist look for. Kudos to the entire Golden House team.

The moment we step foot in the The Golden House, we were amazed by the authentic craftsmanship of the The Golden House interiors of old rajasthani haveli style. The receptionist was friendly and gave us advice about the nice places to visit nearby. The The Golden House room was spacious, well lit, ventilated and the quality of furniture was good. The interiors of the room was also authentic rajasthani with lamps and curtains. We really enjoyed the stay at the The Golden House and the staff experience was welcoming!

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely helpful. The interiors of the The Golden House are beautiful. The owner Mr. Mukesh is extremely helpful and friendly and even helped us plan our trip in Jaisalmer. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was our starting point for Jaisalmer-Jodhpur trip. Being with my family, wanted a good homely place to stay and this didn't disappoint. The room, the ambience, the decors inside The Golden House were all artistic add to that the warm behaviour of the staff. My recommendation to anyone visiting jaisalmer.

Good The Golden House. Nice decoration. The rooms are really royal like. Services are good. The owner Mr. Mukesh personally pays attention and take care of the guests. You feel like a home. Hotel is extremely good and is value for the money. Its centrally located, food at the restaurant is very hygienic and tasty. Hotel rooms are clean, spacious and designed in traditional theme. Overall a very good experience.

Cooperative staff and the owner Mr. Mukesh who made us comfortable at the The Golden House. Food was really good. We recommend this for family visitors. Visit to Sand dume was also organised by Mr. Mukesh which includes Jeep rideCamel ride cultural program and dinner and pick up and drop at The Golden House.

Perfect location, amazing palace to stay, room are clean and washrooms are hygiene, food quality is amazing, go for family stay.
