I stayed in this place for the first time and to be honest I booked this one out of sheer curiosity after reading a few positive reviews. I am happy that I tried it out because it was a different experience altogether. It has this classy and cozy feel and almost gives a royal feeling because it's very tastefully decorated and wooden paneled across, right from the The Guwahati Address (by Centre Point Group) entrance to the rooms and bathroom. I had an extended stay in Guwahati and wanted to continue here but unfortunately, it was sold out for the next day and I had to move to another The Guwahati Address (by Centre Point Group). One suggestion is to bring more variety to the breakfast menu. The food quality is very good.

The location is good and in the heart of the city. The property is very good with just 14 rooms and all very spacious. The staff had a sanitisation kit and were sanitising rooms for new guests post checkout. Only feedback - the rooms smelt bit damp, maybe they were opened after a long time. That must be taken care of though.

Location is good. Staff is extremely professional and polite. Rooms are decent with all required amenities but the headboard of the bed was quite squeaky and made a lot of noise if we tried leaning on it. Room service is great too. Proper cleanliness is maintained.
There was a group travel-ling from abroad who was quarantined at the The Guwahati Address (by Centre Point Group) but they were freely allowed to use the restaurant and other public areas in presence of other guests. This needs to be taken care of. But overall safety measures were good.

I go to Guwahati every 2 months for work and all I need is a nice, clean The Guwahati Address (by Centre Point Group) with neat bed and a especially non smelly toilet this 14 room The Guwahati Address (by Centre Point Group) ticks all these boxes rather well the breakfast is also a bit personalised with my choice attended to rather well the restaurant is particularly good with Bengali, Assamese and oriental cuisine on offer all in all a very warm place to stay with class written all over it!

Booked by chance. But it was a surprise in waiting. Right from the entry loved the The Guwahati Address (by Centre Point Group). Ambience is cool, reminds you of old era. The colonial furnishing, beautiful potted plants, well shaded lights in corridors, well mannered staff lifts your mood spacious room, clean linens, big bathroom leaves you with nothing to complain. Again a serene restaurant with beautiful interiors with good food fills you with joy. The buffet breakfast too was good.

Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. we could easily accommodate one extra bed in the room. Overall nice relaxing stay for upcoming trip.

The The Guwahati Address (by Centre Point Group) location is in middle of city and can be identified with a help of go-ogle maps. The airport is 30-35 kms far which will take 1 hr to 1. 50 hrs. The services and the staff are good and very humble. Food is good but less variety. Overall the place is good and within the budget.
