Overall houseboat was very good. Well maintained. Staff was polite, cooperative and well behaving. Breakfast and Dinner was very good. Breakfast - Fruits (Watermelon), poha, boiled eggs, Dalia, corn flakes, chocos, aloo poori Or chole bhature, milk and tea separate, etc. Dinner - Veg soup, roti, paneer sabji, chowmein/dal/bhindi sabji, chicken (spicy 🌶), halwa Or kheer, etc. Service was very good, rooms are big enough, washrooms were clean, overall houseboat is clean & maintained. Rooms have TV, large Window, hot water kettle, tea coffee milk pouches, enough switch points, dressing table, almirah, table chair, fan mirrors, slippers,towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay there.. Recommended.

The staff were so polite and welcoming and took care of our every need no matter what. There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full with love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Heritage Safina Group of Houseboats 🚢⛵!

Must admit that was a bit skeptical seeing only the good reviews about this houseboat. Nevertheless booked it going more by my hunch than the reviews. And voila, what i got is a true gem of a houseboat in the pristine dal lake, away from the chaos of nigeen lake. Its really beautiful with the antique looking decor inside with amazingly economical rooms. The owner mr. Zuhaib is a real gentleman and the staff is very polite as well. Go for it without any second thoughts!

Memorable stay!! 😍Heritage safina group of houseboat is located to city centre in dal lake, A perfect place in nature It is fully furnished houseboat, with Excellent service, The best part about it is the food and the staff(Mama, yusuf bhai, cook) they were soft spoken and catered all the needs.and lastly zuhaib kana courteous and business savvy person. We stayed 2 nights here, caretaker of the houseboat was very humble and hard working, he took care of all the needs and special requests, food was really simple and awesome feels like home cooked food. Rooms were clean and everything was perfect. Hosts also come and check with each guests and take feedback’s individually. Overall awesome place to stay

I had an amazing experience in kashmir, and staying at the heritage safina houseboat really added to it. The staff is super sweet, always ready to make you yea and help you get a boat taxi. They arranged our whole visit for a good price.

Beautiful houseboat. Exceptionally good staff and location of houseboat is also very good. The best thing which i like is the food which they have given. It tasted like home made food. Cleanliness of the place was also a plus. All the amenities were class apart.

Beautifully located, aesthetically furnished and hygienically maintained houseboat. Caretaker was very humble, smiling and helpful. Chef cooked tasty food according to our choice. Shikara ride at sunset offered amazing views and a peek into lake-farms. Overall a memorable experience.

We left feeling very satisfied. What a great value. The breakfast was immense and flavorful. The views were universally gorgeous. The staff were always cheery and attentive. Mammy who was working his first day in the executive lounge was great to chat with. Overall, i would highly recommend
