The Residency Towers, Coimbatore

I enjoyed my stay at the residency in coimbatore. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. Every single meal was delicious, served hot and within minutes of placing the order. I also enjoyed their spa, where i got a back massage and a full legs massage. The masseuse was experienced and thorough. After the massage, the pain i had in my lower back disappeared. The The Residency Towers, Coimbatore organized cabs for me whenever i requested and the staff were polite and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it to others, too. The only recommendation i have is to avoid calling and knocking on the door just to check if the room is comfortable. That's an annoying disturbance i would have done without.

Top room amenities, well spread breakfast, very clean, more than value for money. The reception staff needs support as the waiting time for chkin can be reduced. Staff all over the The Residency Towers, Coimbatore from the reception, housekeeping and in restaurants are very helpful l and greet with smile. The experience of mine is honest as i am a person who travels 100 days a year all over the world and these qualities lack in many places. Getting most of it right is always a challenge and i feel this The Residency Towers, Coimbatore comes close to being my best

Check in was fast. But i am surprised why the front desk person was trying to make our mind to opt for higher pay room in spite of knowing we had seen all choice and selected the one we wanted. Room was clean and comfortable expect the intercom was not working properly. Only the speaker phone was working and not the hand piece. It was disappointing. Most annoying was we were asked to pay then and there whenever we used restaurant or spa. In-spite of showing them the key and telling them we were staying in the The Residency Towers, Coimbatore.

The The Residency Towers, Coimbatore is fantastic. The room was super clean with all good five star amenities. The best thing that surprised us what that it has an ipad in all room and we could control lights temperature tv and even send requests to house keeping through the ipad. Only thing i found not good was the check in and check out process. The people in the reception need to be given more training to greet the guests and help them when questions are asked.

Very warm welcome, smooth booking, check in and boarding experience in the residence. Got an upgrade and was a very comfortable stay. The tablet driven controls (smart home feature) in the room was extremely convenient and also my gen z son’s icing on the cake. The food is as great with very greater service and variety. Want to acknowledge star-lee from the restaurant, rahul from the reception for making our experience better.

The experience of our stay was really wonderful right from a smooth check in wherein the staff was quite helpful & fast, the luggage was quickly dropped to our room & the extra bed & towels were immediately provided. The room was cozy & comfortable. The bathroom was clean & neat. The breakfast included was a vast spread. Being a vegetarian i had a varied choice. All i f these i got at a fair rate. Thanks for the service

Location ; food ; room service awesome Front desk team needs to be trained on customer centricity …. Don’t wanna rude to be the person who checked me in but the way I was told on the check out time could have been more humane which until now has never happened at this place or any other The Residency Towers, Coimbatores …. It clearly shows training is required rather than admonition

Location wise good, on main road. Service wise was nice, cordial and helping guest. Room cleanliness was good and hygienic. Security wise good, checking in coming vehicles and luggage. Nice ambeianc at reception pleasing guest. Good dinning hall. Swimming pool facility. Arranged extra bed and all daily requirements of all four guests without reminding them. Please stay.

Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The morning and evening buffet spread is quite extensive and tasty. The best place to stay in coimbatore by far.

The rooms are excellent. The buffet breakfast is superlative. The location is excellent. Service standards have taken a slight dip recently from their norm of excellence. Still best place in coimbatore to stay.

The stay was excellent and helped us to cover nearby locations. My family enjoyed the stay. The breakfast and lunch counter was very good and widespread.

As usual the front staff was excellent… small Confusion but they went out of the way to sort it out immediately…. In room dining staff was excellent in helping to select and in service … The Residency Towers, Coimbatore lobby and room was clean as usual

Two night accommodation. The staff responded to calls immediately. The airthrow of ac was poor. Instantly after notifying i received a pedestal fan. Responsive staff except a few in the reception desk from non tamil speaking area.

It felt less premium for the room allotted and the price point. Food and services were very good.
